Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your customer account or visit our returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
- 2.Package Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes back in their original Lonza branded box and secure them inside a shipping container to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- 3.Ship to Our Warehouse
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.
- 4.Quality Check and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned footwear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
